Increasingly fascinated with the link between flowers and food, and flowers as food and flowering foods, and so on and so forth. A dream of mine has always been to have my own cut flower business and herb garden with a few fruit trees maybe. When I arrived in Scotland a few days ago, I immediately noticed all of the flowering wild garlic that seems to be everywhere I go. Its cool to think about how beautiful the entirety of a plant is visually and gastronomically. I'm passionate about using the entirety of a plant—what is the point of waste. Hoping to find an experienced forager, herbalist, botanist to show me the ropes while I'm here!
