And so it goes, the first 3 dinners in our traveling dinner series has come to an end but the journey ahead has only just begun. Our work in Scotland is actually never really done for we are shaped by our environment and strive to reshape the environment we work within. We never forget to laugh at our mistakes and say thank you for putting up with our antics and banter.
